This is a scheme designed to save you money. It is a government scheme put in place
to beneit people or familes who are using alot of presciption medications in a calender
year. Once the safety net threshold is reached you are entitled to receive your govt PBS
medications at a reduced rate or free until the end of the calender year.
We can keep track of your safety net tally for you (FREE SERVICE)...
Or you may prefer to keep your own safety net tally and inform the staff when you are close
to the threshold. We will issue Your Safety net concession card as soon as your limit is reached...

| Generics - Saving Money on Brands |
You can save money on some medications by choosing
to take the less expensive generic brand.
It is your choice unless the prescriber indicates otherwise.
You may pay extra for the non-generic brand.
The standards are the same for all brands.

| Home Medicine Review (HMR) |
HMR is a FREE SERVICE recomended if you:-
- Take more than five medicines
- Are worried or confused about your medicine
- Sometimes forget to take your medicine
- See more than one GP or specialist
- Have recently spent time in hospital.
HMRs are designed to help you manage your medicines
so you can get better results and avoid side effects.
If you would like us to conduct an HMR, you will need
a referral from your doctor. The pharmacist then interviews you, preferably in your home and sends a
written report to your GP. Your GP will then discuss any recommendations with you and make appropriate
changes to your medication if required.

Let us manage your prescriptions for you. This is a FREE SERVICE designed to
relieve you of the worry of prescription management.
You can request to keep your prescriptions at our pharmacy. We will dispense your medicines at
your request and have them ready for your collection or delivery. You may prefer to phone or fax
